The security escort and authorized personnel enter the gate in the alleyway using a key card.

Deliveries are brought into the building through the back entrance, which requires a key card, and taken by stairs to the basemen level.

The security agent enters the basement level with the delivery and oversees the unloading process.

Products are weighed before entering the vault.

A BOH manager processes the delivery and completes the required documentation.

The products enter the vault, are organized and added to the inventory.

The product is moved out of the vault every morning so fulfillment operations can process orders.

The order is confirmed via QR code reader and filled by the fulfillment associate.

Orders are packaged and locked into a tray or cart depending on the order size.

The orders are transported to the first floor via elevator if a cart is used or via the stairs if a tray is used.

Orders are delivered in locked containers to a designated North or South POS station.

Products are placed into the correct bins at the back of the POS cabinet. The cabinet can only be seen or accessed by authorized personnel.

The employee at the POS retrieves the order from the bin, completes the transaction and hands the order to the customer.

The customer exits the dispensary through the dedicated vestibule.
