Customers that have a confirmed order will arrive at the main entrance and have their ID visually verified for age limit and scanned by an IDVisor Smart V2 Scanner.
Customers will queue in the vestibule until they reach the next available kiosk.
The security kiosk employee confirms the customer's purchase before the customer is allowed access to the sales floor.
A Greeter welcomes the customer and directs them to the appropriate location to queue.
Customers will queue until the next available POS is available to complete their transactions.
The employee will check the customer's ID again, confirm the order and process the transaction. Then direct the customer towards the exit.
The customer is directed towards the dedicated vestibule to exit the store.

Product is unloaded. One security guard stays with the truck until it leaves while a second agent escorts the product and the transportation agent into the building
The security escort and authorized personnel enter the gate in the alleyway using a key card.
Deliveries are brought into the building through the back entrance, which requires a key card, and taken by stairs to the basemen level.
The security agent enters the basement level with the delivery and oversees the unloading process.
Products are weighed before entering the vault.
A BOH manager processes the delivery and completes the required documentation.
The products enter the vault, are organized and added to the inventory.

The security agent and authorized personnel enter the store with a keycard and the product is escorted across the sales floor.

The product is moved out of the vault every morning so fulfillment operations can process orders.
The order is confirmed via QR code reader and filled by the fulfillment associate.
Orders are packaged and locked into a tray or cart depending on the order size.
The orders are transported to the first floor via elevator if a cart is used or via the stairs if a tray is used.
Orders are delivered in locked containers to a designated North or South POS station.
Products are placed into the correct bins at the back of the POS cabinet. The cabinet can only be seen or accessed by authorized personnel.
The employee at the POS retrieves the order from the bin, completes the transaction and hands the order to the customer.
The customer exits the dispensary through the dedicated vestibule.
